Building Spark

I took Spark to work with me today. The New Jersey State Marine Police (A branch of the State Police) is around the corner from work and they needed to "investigate" Spark to make sure she was not a stolen boat. The whole process was free and took all of an hour. Lt. McDonnell was impressed with my ancient GP and hopes to some day see her out there sailing.
After putting her away, I got my butt with all the paperwork to the DMV where, for almost $100 later, They issued me a Hull Identification Number, A title, and her Registration. As of this moment I can use Spark anywhere in US territorial waters and most foreign, The process was MUCH easier than getting her  trailer legal.

Now I just need to finish my mast repairs, repaint her bottom, and re-rig and I can go sailing!
